 "EcoMarine G2 is a comprehensive solution that comes with three modules to help in fabrication. EcoMES is a software that enables the acquisition of 3D coordinates of fabricated objects. EcoBlock is a dimensional analysis software that checks for deviations between measured data and the 3D design model. Finally, EcoOTS is a simulation analysis software that checks for gaps, overlaps, and misalignments in more than two objects that will be joined.

Erection/Installation Simulation - First Time Fit

Loading Project File

  • Load the project file includes design models and measured data

Simulation Analysis

  • Analyze gap, overlaps, and misalignment of the "Erection Block" against the "Base Block"(Blocks placed in the final position)

  • Check values of cut/correct of erection block to achieve “First Time Fit” 

  • Get the analyzed value based on the direction and path of erection 

  •  Control the entire length/width of ship/plant modules

  • Get the coordinate of optimal position of erection/installation

Create Report

  • Create a “Work Package” that includes information(where and how much to cut) on how to correct the erection block. ​

  • Reflects simulation results to "Work Package" automatically  

  • Created "Work Package" can be used as Work Order sheet (Correcting errors before erection/installation)​

Interlocking with 3D CAD System / Dimensional Control Data Server

  • Synchronization of 3D Model by interlocking with 3D CAD (AM, S3D, Tribon) System

  • Data management and sharing ; Measured Data, Design Model, Analysis Data, Work  Package and Report  

  • Using “Production Manager” software, enable to assign tasks and monitor all activities related to dimensional control

  • Take statistics (Total amount of cutting, out of tolerance rate, shrinkage rate) based on dimensional control data from the server using provided SDK. ​​
