EcoMarine G3 is a comprehensive dimensional control solution that manages all the dimensional control data from the beginning of a project to its completion. The Dimensional Control Server handles the workflows of dimensional control during fabrication, including planning, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting.

 The Production Manager Application allows you to establish work procedures, define task details, and assign tasks. Based on these tasks, you can generate a "Work Package" by predefining control points on the 3D design model.

 EcoMES acquires the as-built coordinates of fabricated blocks, and the measured data is transferred to the server to check for deviation against the design or tolerance in real-time on the job site. The measured data is directly transferred from the job site to the server, and the deviation of the measured data against the design is automatically updated to the pre-generated Work Package. You can check this deviation in real-time on the job site.

 Not only can you perform deviation analysis for a single block, but you can also analyze it in connection with the actual measured data of all blocks in the project.

 The analyzed results and information from dimensional control can be shared with relevant teams, and you can communicate results and issues through the Production Manager Application.

 By utilizing all the data in the server, you can identify the causes of errors such as deviation, deformation, misalignment, and others. The Server SDK can also be provided separately from the package, allowing you to use the data in various ways according to your needs.
